The 2nd Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) and the Design Workshop took place between 21st and 23rd of June 2023 in Bucharest (Romania) within the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest premises.
The 2nd TPM aimed at reviewing the questionnaire for organizations, identifying suitable indicators for the Benchmarking System, brainstorming about the functionalities of the Benchmarking Tool as well as the Digital Learning Platform. The meeting included dedicated sessions related management, evaluation and dissemination and has been finalized with a do to list for the next period until the following TPM in Leuven.
The Desing Workshop played a crucial role in identifying the specific competences needed by the target groups. Based on this analysis, Consortium will develop a comprehensive competence framework and design an approach for assessing these competences. A set of tools will also be created to ensure that the identified competences align with the needs of the project. To facilitate practical application of these competences, a training program will be developed consisting of six pilot training paths, with two paths dedicated to each target group. These training paths will be made available on an e-learning platform, allowing learners to acquire international competences.
The competence map served as a foundation for the Design Workshop allowing the participants to engage in a collaborative exercise where they were divided into specific target groups such as teachers, organizational leaders, and regional actors. Together, they examined and contemplated the initial draft of the competence map, offering valuable feedback on its structure and identified areas of competence. During the second group activity of the Design Workshop, participants engaged in designing potential training paths for the three target groups. The activity involved brainstorming ideas for a training course tailored to each specific group: teachers, organizational staff, and regional actors. The participants explored various aspects such as the course title, the needs of the target group, the skills they should acquire, the teaching methods, and the certification/assessment process.
