In today’s interconnected global economy, innovative solutions to complex challenges, particularly in sustainability, are more crucial than ever. The “Working Across Borders” project, led by University Colleges Leuven-Limburg (UCLL) in collaboration with nine international partner universities, is rising to meet this demand. This pioneering initiative uses online learning to foster intercultural collaboration and tackle sustainability issues, equipping students with the skills necessary for the global business environment.
Through the formation of intercultural teams, students are challenged to solve real-world business problems, enhancing their professional abilities and deepening their understanding of sustainable practices. Supported by experienced business coaches, students engage in a comprehensive curriculum that includes research, strategic planning, and intercultural communication.
